About Kate Fletcher

CEO Advisor. Executive Coach. Speaker. Author.

Helping leaders scale without selling their soul, or their sanity.

I’m Kate Fletcher and I’ve lived a few lives.

Board Exec by 38. Executive coach with over 15,000 hours experience. Solo parent.

Round the World Yacht Racer. Quiet rebel. Business builder.
And now, somewhat unexpectedly, an author.

For over a decade, I’ve been the person you call when things get messy: Boardroom power plays. Cultural breakdowns. Scale up stress. Burnout whispered behind closed doors.

I bring calm to chaos, clarity to complexity and help smart people make better decisions, faster.

Kate Fletcher's life in drawings of various activities: sitting and playing guitar, running on a trail, playing soccer, sailing a boat, and playing the flute.

While helping others hold it together, my own life was quietly coming undone.

The moment of truth?

Heavily pregnant, crawling through traffic on the M25, juggling a calendar I couldn’t keep up with and a bladder I couldn’t ignore, and somehow my car was doing a better job of keeping it together than I was. That absurd moment made something clear: I was maintaining a life that no longer held me. That breakdown marked the beginning, of leaving corporate life, rebuilding on my own terms and asking far better questions.

Then came the reckoning:

Solo mum mode: activated. Global pandemic? Of course. Courtroom chaos? Naturally. Menopause on full throttle. A partner whose kidneys had checked out. And snack-based diplomacy that could test a UN negotiator.

From the rubble, A Beautiful Chaos was born.

A book I promised a friend I’d write before she died. A memoir for the women doing it all and still being told to smile and keep going.

For leaders who’ve hit every target but still quietly ask“Is this it?”

Because real leadership, the kind we need now, isn’t superficial or for show.

It’s deep. Personal. Messy. Human

And it starts from within.

That’s where I work, at the intersection of strategy and soul.
